Toronto-based content marketing company Uberflip has introduced its AI platform, which is said to be the first artificial based recommendation engine for content marketers that leverage visitor intent.
The platform allows marketers to have intelligent automation that matches each unique visitor’s topics of interest with corresponding content by combining machine learning algorithms, visitor intent data, and natural language processing.
Uberflip AI’s recommendation engine integrates with Bombora – a US-based aggregator of B2B demographic, firmographic, and intent data. By using visitor intent data from Bombora, the engine knows what to recommend marketers, based on the visitors’ prior viewing history and behaviour anywhere on the web. With the help of Bombora, Uberflip AI also uses natural language processing, which parses and analyses language (e.g., search terms and viewed content) for its meaning, ensuring that recommendations make sense.
Via the Uberflip AI, content marketers can present personalised content recommendations in a variety of different layouts. They can also strategically place AI powered recommendations on websites to boost engagement, seamlessly alongside Uberflip Hubs, and setup rules to create decision trees and set audience types that ensure visitors are seeing the most relevant content at all times.
Grace Flack, senior marketing writer at Dude Solutions, said: “Personalised content based on interests and web history is the way of the future. Uberflip AI accomplishes all that with minimal work. The artificial intelligence powered recommendation engine enables us to be better informed about who is coming to our site and the types of content they are looking for.”
